While some of my artwork contains 'hidden' messages and meanings, I don't consider myself an overly philosophical artist.  It probably comes from my communications background - trying to create something that immediately resonates with the subject.

Some works are created to reflect on a particular event or person, and for anyone that knew the person or event, they could read-in some of the symbolism.  

I am happy if you like a piece, and almost as happy if you can tell me which ones you don't like.

I am fortunate in that, because most of my art work is not created for commercial reasons, I enjoy the freedom to  paint purely for the joy of creating and enjoy the decorative as well as the meaningful.
